i'm actually not sure about those cards compatibility with 3ds fw 9.5 I know the R4i Gold 3DS RTS card works, and those 2 cards are just R4i clones their not actually Dual-CPU like the DSTwo don't be fooled by nds-card.com's descriptions it is hard but research the cards first but really that is what you are doing
This is the R4i Gold 3DS RTS card I have, this is the same package I ordered http://www.nds-card.com/ProShow.asp?ProID=332 you don't need to order the R4i Gold + 16GB micro SD but it is better if you need an MicroSDHC card it's slightly cheaper by a few bucks

nds-card.com has some really bad descriptions lately check this

R4iSDHC SNOOPY card can work on Nintendo 3DS V9.5.0-22U/E/J,V9.4.0-21U/E/J,V9.3.0-21U/E/J, 3DS V9.2.0-20U/E/Jand DSi V1.45 perfectly to play nds games. Of course, it also works with the older systems of 3DS and DSi.
R4isdhc Snoopy is combined with core technology of R4, M3 and DS TWO.

I will never order from your online store again. I ordered an R4i Gold 3DS RTS from R4iDS.cn + 16GB Kingston Class 4 MicroSDHC card. the memory card was a bad and your company won't accept that fact and give me a new card in exchange for the old one all you do is tell me to reformat the card and try again. I will never order from BestR4i3DS.com again

Hello i think in first post we should add two more very cheap cards to propose for new people. First one from this site.
www.r4i-gold.me/ or r4i-gold.com card.
This three cards are same, just different sticker.

Second card is from r4isdhc.hk They're compatible with newest 3ds(10.7.0-32) and dsi 1.4.5.

Maybe you think why i want to propose those cards?

Hi guys I hope this is the right place, I get straight to the point I have N3dsXL homebrewed (a9lh\Luma\FBI) on 11.0.0-33 thanks to @gamesquest1 and everything works flawlessly but now I'm dying for some nds games (another step in my plan 4 ultimate gaming console). What is the best flashcard option for me? Will the R4 SDHC Dual-Core do the Job?

Hi all, and sorry if i resurrected an old thread. I am looking at buying one of these but many of the links are now dead.
These two look good, but the same item has different packaging, so i am wondering if one of them is fake, and if so, which one.
Also, is this still the best card to buy under €20?

Thank you for your reply. I have gone through the process and paypal payment comes with a message (very slow to reply - I emailed them on Friday) or pay by credit card there and then - it is just a form, no security by the looks of it.
Is it safe to use?

Does this include for the DS Lite? My lady just asked me about hers playing DS ROMs (she'll probably also want to play older system ROMs as well) but I'm not up to speed on the DS Lite and like someone else mentioned, most of the info out there is ancient. I pointed her to that R4i you linked to but why not this one? Would save her a few bucks if it'd work.

I don't think you're going to find an original R4 Revolution anywhere again. They are longsince out of production and out of stock pretty much everywhere. Which is a shame, because if you ask me they're probably among the best solutions for a fast a reliable DS flash cart, if you don't mind the fact that they can't handle high capacity SD cards. So you're limited to two gigs, but...that's maybe 15 roms. Do you really need more than that to be on there at a time? Of course, the other challenge is going to be finding a good quality micro SD card at a capacity of only 2gb, these days. The original R4 also will not work on any system except for the original DS and the DS lite, but hey. I like my lite.

I lucked out. I found my first original R4 in a goodwill thrift store. Somebody had stuck it in the clamshell case for a copy of Trauma Center instead of the actual game. I was like...umm...four bucks? Sure, thank you!

I have three of them now - the other two I got at the tail end of seeing them for sale online, when they were practically giving them away at $8 apiece. Mostly I bought extras for future-proofing, in case one dies. I still use it. With Wood R4 on there, I've never had a compatibility problem and it boots everything nice and quick.

I suppose that doesn't really help to know if they can't be found anymore. But...you know, in answer to your question about where to find one.

for my black ds lite i have flashcard r4 clone from past as you see its color is black but its ram unfourtunatly missing and my sister flashcard r4 clone is white and have 4gb ram work fine but when i insert white r4 ram in my old black r4 did not work on ds and loading screen appear now i want ask how i can found out 1-my old r4 clone and my sister r4 clone model (dualcore or gold and etc) 2-how can i run my black r4 clone on my ds lite 3-where can i download frameware and update kernel for this two r4 and i download which ones 4-can this 2 r4 support 8gb ram class 10 on ds lite?
