Pretty much, Kosmos and Atmosphere are the same thing. Kosmos is just like an all-in-one pack with homebrew and stuff.

do you use forked atm from hbgshop ? if yes, you should use other shop like theBigPP with modded tinfoil and vanila atm
Use sys-con instead of this for now, because iirc hid-mitm not compatible with newer n-switch firmware versions.
It should be but not sure about joycon itself. You should try it out or ask on sys-con thread.
