When trying to analyze code of FF XII I found FOV address in main. So this is cheat that one person wanted for many months.

Trying to look into Arcade Archives VS. Super Mario Bros.
Codes have Values of 09 or less. Going for something easy, Inf Lives (MAME Cheat is 09), and 8Bit did not work.

Edit - so I looked at the only other 2 Arcade Archive Game Cheats (Double Dragon I and II). Both have what looks to be Pointers, but the 2nd Row has the MAME Address in it, along with the Value in the 3rd/3rd Area. Image Example. Guessing the Mario Game should be the same way, but need the proper Address/Offset

I tried playing PoE on pc but without controller support I couldn't do it. Now, that it is on the Switch I am excited to play it with some cheats. At character creation I could change the individual stat but that just made the available points go into negative. No matter what I tried edizon just cant search it out.

the thing is....the codes are overwriting themselves. with the 04 codetype your addresses need to be 4 bytes apart,
(the following view is see thur the sxos ram editor)

in the example above code 2 is overwriting the value in code 1.
so for codes that are 2 bytes apart use a 02 codetype or combine the addresses like so....
