I simply filled in their online form ,was sent and e-mail with a pre-pay postal label and instructions on how to pack it. This is the second time i have done this as about 3 month(ish) ago it was the left joycon that i had to send ( was still in warranty then). That was sent, repaired/replaced and returned with a letter giving me a further 12 months warranty on my switch. fast forward 3 months to just a a couple of weeks ago and my right hand joycon started drifting. I went through the same procedure as before and sent of my right hand joycon with the pre-paid postage. Once again it was returned after repair/replacement with another 12 month warranty renewal. At no point did i phone them or them me. All i had to provide was proof of purchase ( you MUST have this or no dice ) and the serial number of my console . Bear in mind that my console was still within its warranty period. However it did take them a while to return my joycons both times im quite please to get another 12 months warranty added on. If your console is still im warranty i should be a a simple thing to get the joycons fixed/replace. Just to point out i did not have to send my console in just my joycons.

Go to https://www.nintendoservicecentre.co.uk/. Slect Switch. Other problem then book repair. Thats all i did every time i needed it.

Well I'm probably not going to get it because I got my switch off ebay, oh well
