Can i install the n64 game on the wii u home menu with wupinstaller or is loadiine or retroarch required? ?
Virtual console games do not require Retroarch.

If you uncheck "Pack up result" option you can install it through loadiine, if you check it you can install it with wupinstaller (make sure you have the Wii U common key).

I had an issue when I moved to another folder I basically kept selecting the base until it accepted it first time I ever had a problem but the Log can help it is a great addition to the App.

You can also try selecting different base from different locations and select back to main one you want.

I and the Opp have already explained besides it is very straightforward.
Google for commonkey. bin

The hardest part is just getting a game I recommend FZeroX.

Extract it and put contents in a folder called base- code, content, meta.
Select base from settings.

rom path the roms u want to inject.

Output will be asked when injecting you also have option to remove dark filter and widescreen.

Then eitherbpack for wup installer or leave unpacked for Loadiine/Cemu.

Check my Blog posts for additional info.

When injecting you can use a custom ini for additional Compatibility.

Thanks for the info very useful to me indeed I will definitely try this on the weekend after work . I'm guessing I get Fzero using usb helper ... This will be the last set needed to complete my WIIU I only have 5 gigs left on my 1tb hard drive.... Looking forward to trying this again

Yep USBHelper the best and easiest if you can grab all N64 VC from ALL REGIONS! there is 5 EUR but they appear to be the same as USA The JPN however have some differences look up my Blog Posts under Getting Started check Builds so try get em all just to have they can be useful.

Some have already made ini's which is also how we know about different Ini settings besides Decompiling and Combing through the Executables.

Hi all, my goal here is to play Mischief Makers 64 on Wii U. If Treasure & Nintendo ever allowed this gem to be ported to anything… I wouldn't have to jump through these hoops. Anywho, I'm having issues getting a valid base.

From the OP, it appears 64Inject allows a "base" which is either encrypted or un-encrypted. I haven't found that to be accurate - it always looks for the unencrypted files.

Ex:
64Inject open in CMD mode.
The base is invalid.
Some of the following files or folders are missing:
base\code\app.xml

Where the base provided contains a set of .app, .h3 files as well as a title.cert and title.tmd file. Is this encrypted base correct? It was obtained using JNUSTool.jar for F-Zero X (64) using the following command:

java -jar JNUSTool.jar 00050000101EBC00 -dlEncrypted

Fine, I just have to take the encrypted F-Zero X and decrypt it. Cdecrypt seems to be the winner here … but it doesn't seem to produce any of the expected output directories

Ex:
E:\Games\N64\Cdecrypt v2.0b>CDecrypt_v2.0b.exe title.tmd title.cert
CDecrypt v 2.0b by crediar
Built: 16:19:31 Oct 24 2015
Title version:16
Content Count:10

That's it, no meta/code/etc directories are generated. What is the best way of obtaining a valid base? Seems like I'm missing something crucial here - I'm new to this so that's very likely.

*Last edit.

Decrypted files can be obtained by supplying the "title key", which is proprietary and should not be shared. Knowing this, I resolved my issues.

Do you have commonkey in Cdecrypt directory.

Don't worry, I figured it out after some more trial and error. I think I injected this with F-ZeroX, as you often recommended! Mario Golf didn't appear to work, but that might have been user error.

Thanks a bunch, guys! Love to see a well-designed app that can really help with this.

Yesterday I published version 1.7, possibly that is the latest version of the program (unless it detects a serious problem).

At first I did not think that anything else could be contributed to the topic of virtual consoles of NES, SNES and GBA with existing injectors and more having RetroArch that can emulate these consoles very well, but there are many people who prefer to have the games directly in the console menu instead of loading them from an emulator.

I am now working on a multi-injector for NES, SNES, GBA and will include 64Inject and DSInject.

I have searched for information to remove the bilinear filter from the NES virtual console but I have not found a way to do it, among that and other details I am stuck to publish the program as soon as possible.
