Hey guys,
opened a thread in the wrong subboard before i came to the solution that my problem is probably hardware related.
I got a switch that got the m92t36 chip replaced, they did good work with it.
After i got my mainboard back, i put everything together and since it's the borked console, i tried to push a payload on it to back up everything and let it run atmos afterwards.

First problem: None of my computers are recognizing the switch, so i thought i'll put it in the dock and let it charge to 100% first, which leads to the
second problem: i don't get a hdmi output, it charges fine, but i can't get an image or sound

I thought it's maybe just a little problem and tried to bypass the first problem with pushing a payload from my android device,
third problem: android device recognizes the switch, but refuses to do anything than backwards loading.

Is my USB port broken or have they done a not-so-well job with the chip? Is there another way to push the payload without the port? Could use it as a "Switch lite" then.

Update: Switch gets recognized by PC, but when i try to send the payload, TegraRCMGui gives me this

Other switches worked fine, one already runs atmos, the other one is 8.1.0 ipatched.
