My latest level. Based on the cloud bonus area in the original Super Mario Bros. Enjoy!

N0P-W3P-CRF Rescue: Operation Yoshi Freedom. The idea of the level is that 3 Yoshis have been taken hostage by Bowser and you have to infiltrate Bowser's underground lair, defeat the bosses and extract each Yoshi and bring them back to safety. I put a lot of love and hours in to this level so I hope you will enjoy it.

Here's a level that I hope you'll enjoy: Q93-D94-J4G
It's called "A song of Ice and Fire" and you can expect more deaths than an episode of "Game of Thrones".
I think there are some cool and mildly challenging setups.

I'm very proud of that one. It's challenging but never unfair. Troll free. I think the checkpoints locations make it frustration proof as well. Yet again, it's difficult.

It's based on the "semi long jump" mechanic (don't know if there is an official name for that), wich is unnatural but still really cool.

The first one has a lower clear rate than the second one and I don't know how, I think the first one is easier. (though the first one is easier to die in than the second one, in the second one you're more likely to run out of time)

[4P] Toad Wallball

[4 Player Versus] The 2 front pipes are for the paddle users and the back 2 are for the balls.

I really want some plays so that I can get in multiplayer VS.

Dungeon Crawler: YPV-KHD-JQG
Had to remake this one because there was a hella lot of cheese. Long and gruelingly hard, advance by slowly gaining more power ups that you can come back to.

10 Rooms of Challenges: FRH-TPP-DHF
Inspired by a SMW Rom Hack "100 Rooms of Enemies". Has 2 difficulties, hard for pro gamers and easy for babies.

All my other levels are trash don't play them.

also gonna install twilight menu in my r4 flashcard
  • Psionic Roshambo @ Psionic Roshambo:
One thing that just occurred to me.... The sound on the 2600 sucked less back then the harsh sound we hear now is from infinitely better speakers we have now, back when the 2600 was new speakers produced a almost muffled sound, like CRTs made old graphics look slightly better.
  • Psionic Roshambo @ Psionic Roshambo:
I wonder if I could recommend that to some emulation devs that perhaps the sound could use some smoothing out to simulate those old TVs
  • Psionic Roshambo @ Psionic Roshambo:
I think a few of the early systems could benefit from that, at least up to the 8 bit generation, by the 16 bit generation I think TVs had gotten a lot better in almost every way

  • Xdqwerty @ Xdqwerty:
