I found a guy who could possibly fix my console through hardmod, He's from another state but I can send the console to him, what do you think?
Mano, try first with a wired pro controller, try pming @FIX94 for help, he knows how is homebrew works.

Don't go the hardmod route yet.

First try with another SD Card and then a wired pro controller.

Good luck.

I will get a Pro controller, also Idk if Fix94 will help me, he seems to be a very busy person..
also, If I can't get to the cbhc menu through the sync button, doesn't that mean that I'm not using CBHC?

Also, if it is what i suspect to be the cbhc mod, he will not help with that because he strongly urged people to not use this mod, but maybe since you didn't do it yourself, maybe he will help.

About not being able to get the sync to work to get to the menu, maybe find a video of a wii u starting up with cbhc, so you can time out when the "autobooting CBHC" screen comes up, you may be able to time it correctly on your console, but literally its like this

1. Hold the sync button down on the console, turn on the console while holding the sync

2. keep holding sync firmly, until just after the white Wii U screen, once "autoboot CBHC" screen comes up, you release the sync, and then give it another firm tap

There is literally a second to press the sync at the right time, so it might be difficult to get it just right, its tough without the "autobooting CBHC" screen showing up.

I'll try ASAP, it could work, who knows?
also, is that the first time you see a wii u with "autobooting CBHC" not showing?

Yeah, I can't say for sure, I seem to remember dealing with something like this before, It has to either be the mod, or someone else compiled FIX94's source and didn't want it to show the screen for some reason, It has to be cbhc related though, as far as I know it is the only cold boot hack for the wiiu, and nothing else would do this.

I see. Well, it's probably CBHC for sure, I hope so, at least.
I can't see it being anything else, and we have all the stuff on your sd for the original cbhc, and it isn't booting, so that is why I think it is the mod

--------------------- MERGED ---------------------------

you may want to try to find a 2gb or so sd that isn't micro, and see, because it might be the sd as well

Yeah.. Even the original owner told me that he was installing the CFW through a "wrong" tutorial, he even told me that it was working just fine before, and after that, tried to install a permanent cfw. probably it was the CBHC mod.

True, who knows..
I have one from a PSP, but I'm sure it won't work on it

No, that is a memory stick, unless you mean you have one of those micro sd adapters like i have, where it is 2 micro sd's in one mem stick

I'm afraid it could be a hard brick.. the owner just told me that he started to get this error after finishing the installation of the CFW.. Idk, what do you think?

Hey man, I'm from Brazil too! I bought a used Wii U that I cannot install Homebrew because I got a faulty "sd slot". I replaced the sd but I think the problem is on the IC's. So, there is this store on Sao Paulo that I'll send mine. Maybe you got a Wii U with a faulty sd slot too... Or maybe you just need how to figure out about the controls. The store name is GameTechZone.

Edit: I was thinking, what if he formated the console and the DS game exploit was "lost" on that process? Could be that?

The DS game is installed inside the Wii U's Nand, there's no way to do that easily.
Also, I think my SD is not faulty because it'd give me -3 every time I turn on the console, but it gets -5 with a SD card on it, that means that it can detect and read the SD card but can't find the files that needs to boot.
Also, I'm from Ceará, It'd be hard to send my console to the GTZ, I heard it's a really great place to fix consoles. I'm going to get a console with the 160-1400 error, It'll be easier to fix.

Ouch :/
The shipping prices are really high when we talk about the northeast... I'm really sorry for you and I hope you can be able to fix it. Try to talk with someone on Facebook groups and stuff, maybe you could borrow someone's controller and try it. How much did you pay for the console?

350, same price of the one with the DVD issue, I'm gonna sell this console for those who wants for parts replacement and get this one with the DVD driver issue, that'll be easier to fix

I don't think thats the problem,if u format the Wiiu and u have the CBHC installed,it'll result on a brick, this kinda common, when u got an error with "-",like -1,-2,etc,the problem possibly is on the SD or driver SD

Edit: And if u don't have the CBHC installed, the Haxchi just'll vanish, cuz to enter on haxchi sysnand,u must have the game installed, without the DS game, nothing will happen in this case

LOL I saw that one on olx. I want to buy only the console but people are crazy, asking for 400-600 reais on a console without the gamepad... That's absurd...

Did you try another SD card and another SD adapter(if u use an micro sd) with the Haxchi+CBHC configurations?Or clean the SD driver too?If u can copy/delete files on the PC from ur SD card,I think the problem can be the SD driver or some other problem on ur SD

Edit: Also,-3 error without the SD card inside the wiiu will happen every time if u have CBHC I think, cuz -3 is an error that ur SD card isn't on the wiiu or the console can't found it,I recommend to test if ur SD card is fake with h2testw app and replace the SD card,if doesn't work, clean or replace the SD driver

Haxchi doesn't do anything on boot, it can't, it is cbhc, and it is not the sd slot if it was he would get a -3 error, not a -5, -5 error is cbhc not being able to find the file it needs to boot, I took my wiiu, set cbhc to autoboot homebrew channel, removed the homebrew channel from the sd and booted to a -5 error, I was able to get back to the cbhc menu and change it to autoboot the sys menu like it is supposed to. If I had the wii u for 10 minutes I know I could fix it.
