To access GBARunner2, press SELECT in the (DSi/Saturn theme) ROM menu.

It's an nds-bootstrap issue for the cheats not working, so you did nothing wrong.Cheats don't seem to be working for Pokemon Black. I tried both a regular US rom and had to switch over to a rom that patched a problem with EXP gain. Only cheats I use are the anti piracy code and the code to turn off Low HP music. I've tried both manually downloading usrcheat.dat and having it download through the updater. I'm really at a loss at this point, not really sure what I could've done wrong still. Also, if anybody happens to know why the touch screen no longer works in games after updating nds bootstrap and twilightmenu to the latest versions, let me know. I can't seem to find anybody else with that issue.
I'm using a New 3DS XL with Luma. It's an nds-bootstrap issue for the cheats not working, so you did nothing wrong.
Also, what console are you using?
Manually install the latest CIAs for TWLMenu++.I'm using a New 3DS XL with Luma.
Just deleted TWLMenu, downloaded the newest version again just to be sure and installed them. Unfortunately did not fix any issues.Manually install the latest CIAs for TWLMenu++.
If you already did that, try again.
Does touch work in the ROM menu?Just deleted TWLMenu, downloaded the newest version again just to be sure and installed them. Unfortunately did not fix any issues.
Yeah, it's just when I actually get into a game that the touch screen ceases to work.Does touch work in the ROM menu?
Try re-installing the latest nds-bootstrap.Yeah, it's just when I actually get into a game that the touch screen ceases to work.
I didn't have this version of Bootstrap previously, so that's new. Unfortunately, this didn't fix the issue and had the added effect of Pokemon Black just not starting up anymore, even after fiddling with the settings. Guess I'll just try to do a completely clean install of Twilight Menu and Bootstrap.Try re-installing the latest nds-bootstrap.
The latest version is v0.23.0.
Also, make sure Bootstrap is set to Release in TWLMenu++ settings.
If that doesn't fix the touch issue, then idk what's wrong.
The cheats can either not work or just make the game not start.I didn't have this version of Bootstrap previously, so that's new. Turning off the cheats seemed to fix the game not launching, so my guess is that they're actually working this time. That's one mystery solved, but i'm gonna have to do a clean install anyway since I can't ignore the touch screen issue. Thanks for the help, hopefully the touch screen issue can be resolved. The cheats can either not work or just make the game not start.
Also, when doing a clean install, delete the TWiLight Menu++ titles in FBI Title list.
