Hacking Shrekmosphere CFW (Atmos reskin w/ custom sept)

Today marks almost a month of when I began my quest to bring shrekdsetup and shrekmosphere to the world.

Sadly, shrekdsetup com will be closing soon due to you know costing me money, however I wanted to go out with a bang

So Today I bring not only one but TWO world firsts

introducing the worlds first full custom boot chain, containing the first ever public custom Sept, and public custom Nintendo logo replacement! Today is a historic day, for truly Shrekmosphere can now deliver more Shrek than anyone can on your nintendo switch! And that is a fact!

Huge shout out to SciresM for actually signing sept! Thanks to everyone who annoyed him into doing it

as always make sure to grab it from shrekdsetup com while you can and enable nx theme installer to enable maximum shrek!

alternatively you can check out this release which only includes the required files required for you to see the custom boot chain. (warning it does not include a hbmenu)

ill ask a serious question; how can i create my own none stupid sept boot logo? I'm over the age of 14 so the Shrek joke isn't funny to me...

You can't, only SciresM (and very few other people probably) can sign sept as it requires some specific keys we normally can't access.

@d3st1nyh4x People seem to care immensely about your project, more so than I suspected they would, so I took some time out of my day to come back to this issue with a cooler head. I've decided to give the thread a chance, as everyone deserves to get one, and moved it to the CFW section since 1) Shrekmosphere is fully functional and 2) it showcases something interesting that other CFW packages don't offer. This is on the proviso that it doesn't turn into a memefest, as GBAtemp is not an image board and the CFW section is not intended for jokes, trolling or memes. I've also gone through the trouble of removing all the bickering and all of the off-topic posts that would otherwise detract from the OP, with some luck future posts will pertain to Shrekmosphere as opposed to anything off-topic. If the thread does devolve into a huge mess, it may warrant some further action, however it does deserve to be seen, even if this was made for laughs. Cheers for all your work!

Could you share the code of the patches before converting them into .ips? I just want to modify the "Nintendo Switch" logo

Anyways if he share the code, you need a key to sign the build of the chainloader, this key are property of N and can't be shared (atleast not here), this is the main reason because Sept aren't customized or forked.

SX OS have the key hardcoded on their code, this is the reason because are forbidden link or share any file of SX OS on GBATemp, Sept apply some "magic" to avoid it.

I want to modify ONLY the original "nintendo switch" logo not the sept logo, the "nintendo switch" logo is applied as an ips patch.
