Yeah the fuse checks don't run when you use caffeine to reboot to payload & run cfw from there.
After updating to atmosphere 0.9.3 my installed themes aren´t working anymore, I am just getting the regular theme, anyone else having the same issue?
EDIT: In case someone else has the same issue, I fixed it by doing the following steps:
1. Downloading the latest NxThemesInstaller
2. Installing the latest Atmosphere Version again (just to be sure there weren´t any files from an older version)
3. Installing the Theme again with the new NxThemes Installer

I want to know what ini I need to change inside the ini for switch firmware 3.0.0 with no game installed just album? Also I have 2 games that are under 3.0.0 for Mario Kart 8 Deluxe and The Legend of Zelda - Breath of the Wild without update and the number is 000 first day released. Was wondering if I install the Game pack and use the Game title to launch HomeBrew menu or just hold R and enter Album which is better?
I'm having a few issues with 0.9.3, even after installing from scratch (deleting atmosphere & sept folders). The 2 issues I noticed were that layeredfs and reboot to payload from power menu didn't work. I re-installed 0.9.2 from the original zip and both of these functions work without issue. Anyone else see this or am I doing something wrong?

Using Kosmos 13.2 and no issues so far. Updated from Kosmos Updater, not from scratch though.
I am using EmuMMC and I didn't meet any issue with 0.9.3: reboot from menu and LayeredFS are both working fine.
Okay, I got it working. I had installed the kip from https://gbatemp.net/threads/a-custo...phere-that-allows-writing-to-prodinfo.541609/ but renamed the extensions of the .flag and .kip files to .flag.bak and .kip.bak, respectively, and thought they wouldn't load/do anything. Once I removed those 2 files and their associated kips and flags folders, atmosphere worked correctly (version string, layeredfs, etc.).

Nope, you can use the latest Atmosphere no matter what your firmware version is.
As far as I know file based is still really slow and not recommended.
Yes, SX OS file based emunand images are usable under the emuMMC in Atmosphere, but the performance is still very slow.....
I'm stuck on reinx try atmo on 8.1 sys then appshop and hbg shop freez with error x.._ trying with cosmos too ddl a theme on app error reboot with + navigate in hbg then error ._ someone can help pls
