I made this for OutRunners, MAME-2003Plus but I guess you could use it for the Megadrive one if you prefer that for some reason! Cropped and slightly resized from a random official flyer for the arcade game, I think it came up surprisingly well:

Here are a lot of custom icons (in different sizes, 'cuz I'm lazy)! In other words I'm basically flooding this thread with icons! Most of 'em look quite good, but some are in lower resolution/ ugly...

Do not use NSP forwarders to launch N64, PSP and (some) PS1 games as you won't access all possible RAM, thus in most cases, resulting in worse game perfomance!! I myself only use them for the A E S T H E T I C S
