Loading screens on this game takes forever on the PS4. I wonder how they dealt with the fact that you get A LOT of text to read coupled with a small screen in handheld mode (and even worse on the soon to come switch lite).

I can only imagine what a torture it should be to play PoE on a Switch. Too bad for those who'll dare, if anyone.
This. I hate how devs don't seem to understand the need to adjust font sizes in their games while in portable mode.

I can imagine with all the dialogue and text PoE has this will be an absolute nightmare to play when undocked, which is a shame because PoE is an excellent game IMO.
I found the text in Stardew Valley too small and painful to read on the TV in docked mode. It was far more playable in handheld mode.

Most useless comment of the day

It was about how far ports of mouse and keyboard-based CRPGs have come since the days of the disasterous, cancelled Baldur's Gate port for PS1. If that qualifies as the most useless comment of the day for you, I have to wonder about your intelligence or taste as you either missed the point, or you are the sort of person who enjoyed the final season of Game of Thrones.

Nah, some lurker might appreciate the reference without having it spelled out, and it's not that tangential given the development lineage from Baldur's Gate and the Infinity Engine to Pillars of Eternity. Now we have this lovely exchange to inform others who make it to page 2...

Probably reducing the quality of graphics.

But thanks for the advice, not that I was gonna get a digital game on the Switch anyway.
