First, why are you trying to remove CFW? Do you know if you've been banned? Because if you are banned, there is nothing you can do about it. Erasing your Switch won't help, the ban is on Nintendo's Servers. So if you're banned and you're hoping that wiping your Switch will let you get around it, that's impossible.

Do you have a clean NAND backup from before you used CFW? If so, great, just restore it and you should be good to go. If not, there's really nothing you can do that will guarantee you won't get banned.

You can use ChoiDujour to make a fresh, "new" NAND, but there's no guarantee that it won't get you banned. If you put your Switch online afterwards, and Nintendo's servers see that there are no errors in the error log, but saw errors at a previous point in time when your Switch was online, the servers could tell there's something fishy going on and ban you for it. There are probably other discrepancies they are looking for too, but only Nintendo knows.

Basically, proceed with caution. If you don't get banned, great. If you're not banned yet, and have a "clean" NAND backup to restore from, you probably won't have to worry about getting banned. If you don't have a clean NAND backup, it's anybody's guess as to whether or not you'll be banned, but there's nothing you can really do about that now, so if you're going to get banned, might as well find out.

Now you can't do anything. You can't clean your Switch without clean backup which you could do only before first run with CFW.

mmmmm...

Well, to erase Hekate, all you have to do is remove it from your SD card.
If you want to safely go online without a NAND backup, then I guess you'll have to buy a new switch.
I would just "factory restore" the present switch, play with it online until it gets banned, and then keep using it for offline games (of course, you'll probably lose your acount once you get banned, so take that in consideration).

If that is the case - you've never gone online with the Switch before, not even once - then I would search for instructions for making a "clean" nand using ChoiDujour, and then restore it to your Switch. Obviously you'll lose all your installed NSPs and stuff. I can't make any guarantees, but I think your chances of getting banned afterwards - as long as you don't run any CFW afterwards - are fairly low.

And from now on, remember rule number one - ALWAYS make a clean NAND backup before using CFW / Homebrew!

You can initialize console and use hekate to clean your logs but without a clean nand it's a pretty much a gamble and your call.

Let say I made a clean and successful NAND backup before anything CFW installed/Modded and one day I got banned, will doing a restore from the clean NAND backup bring my device to un-banned stage? or tough luck it's banned.

Thanks

No. ID of your Switch is stored on their servers. Only way to unban yourself is to delete info from their servers or magically fake ID that will be recognized by Nintendo servers

No, NOTHING can unban a Switch, even restoring a "clean" NAND backup.

If you want to play with CFW AND be able to play online, your best bet is to set up a clean SysNAND / Dirty emuMMC combo like many people here already have. There is currently (and likely never will be) NO safe way of playing illegitimate Switch games online with Nintendo services, but if you keep a clean SysNAND you can continue to play your legit games online without a problem.

I have another question. After a clean NAND backup, then install CFW, disable Switch WiFi so kids or anyone don't accidentally connected online. Console never online. If I decide to do a restore using my clean NAND backup and decide I don't want to install any CFW (just want stock - no more modded) and go online, will there still be a trace and the console could get banned?

Thanks

As long the firmware and fuse count matched with the what it was before you can restore the clean nand, if not you would still have to use a bootloader like Hekate.
