Even with overclocking, it seems very slow at some point of the game. Like when you're on the train and the red flashing lights go off which is like within 20-30 min of game. Is this normal?

Yes that’s one of the only true laggy parts in the game. Those flashing alarms really take a toll on the Switches software while running this HD mod and pushes it to its limit. But thankfully it can handle that and just slows down in points during those scenes and does not crash. Wish there was something that could be done to help this, but it’s just the cost of porting such a massive and detailed project to a handheld system.

Attention everyone with the last release I forgot to add in the gold saucer textures for the WM model so it was appearing invisible on the wm. I've updated the project once again with a new link in the Hi-res original download section for this new version. It features the fix for that WM gold saucer issue, various animation fixes through-out the game, a new and improved version of the air-buster boss, and last but not least the gold saucer’s security robot that throws you down to Corel prison (the last model in the project that needed an HD replacement) has been replaced. This will be the last update patch release for awhile, so make sure to go update to this newest version and we hope you enjoy the project! Best wishes to you all. so if you look at 18:40 this enemy texture looks odd? is this normal?



Also made an odd discovery. It appears the quadra magic cave glitch is broken with new textures for airship/map. If I turn omnislash off I did the glitch no problem. but with it on it seemed nigh impossible least to me...

chocobo breeding method shown here also breaks with omni slash loading regular game it works so just follow below for a quick gold!

I seem to have issues with crashing as well since updating 8.1.0.

I'm curious If im just doing something wrong trying to use the in-game battle character models along with the New Threat Mod? I replaced the battle.lgp and magic.lgp, but I just get a crash every time the battle goes to load after helping Jessie

As stated in previous comments New Threat is not compatible with Project Omnislash. Project Omnislash is a pure graphical upscale mod of the original game. As New Threat actually changes the structure of the original game. The two will not work together.

I still can't make this work on my SXOS 2.8 8.0.1 switch. I can run layeredfs just fine on Rune Factory 4 Special Edition (English Patch), but not on this game.

The project has been updated with new animation fixes. The new build has been uploaded on mega replacing the old build. Simply redownload the full project or just take the char.lgp out and replace your old one to update. For those of you having issues with getting the project to run, please make sure you are following all steps provided in the read me to setup everything correctly. I've just updated to the newest atmosphere build 8.1.0 and the project still runs perfectly for me and many others.

No worries, hope everyone enjoys the project. And if anyone is having issues in the future and I’m not around I ask for the community of this project to please help assist them. I’ll be busy with some other projects for awhile so I won’t be around as much. Take care my friends.

omnislash is not a mod for translation, only for graphics, so you have to change language to italian and it'll work

Thanks but the originale games si only English language for italian release , for traslate in italian i need a mod , i try the remako mod and the translate its italian,
which file should I change of ad in omnilash version ?

I will wish adapt your mod to french with neomidgard files but i need somes files.

can you give me menu_fr.lgp, cr_fr.lgp, fchocobo.lgp, high-fr.lgp and world_fr.lgp ?

If you can make them with hd upscale (as english version) i will make a french version.
