Today I was finally able to get PKGj installed, and tried a few downloads.

At first I was unable to download anything. Now I am able access the PKGJ app and on occasion download files, but when I go to my Vita screen after the download is complete they say "waiting to install". When I click there the Vita says "Could not find the application", and these downloads are not anywhere on my home screen.

Any suggestions? I am running an SD2Vita card adapter and have "nonpdrm.skprx" in my ur0 and my ux0 "tai" folder. I have plugins "nonpdrm", "psmpatch" and "repatch" in both my ux0 and ur0 folder, and "refood" in my ur0 folder.

You need use Vitashell & refresh Livearea.. & then refresh Licenses.. Then the games will appear on the Vita
I gave that a try earlier, refreshing live area update no items and refreshing the license database imported 5 licenses. That didn't seem to help.

Now in PKGr every time I try it says "XXXX could not download".

I have 3.70 Firmware still, is this an issue?

3.70 should not be a issue .. But saying that.. I'm not 100% sure ... But still I would definitely.. .. Downgrade to 3.65 ... As I read many times on Reddit... That 3.70 can be a bitch.. With different types of stuff on Vita ... Whereas 3.65 Enso makes things work better ect ... I wouldn't hurt either way .... & its easy to do

You should only have one tai folder in ur0 and install all plugins here.
Delete the ux0 tai folder this will most likely fix your issue, but like the others said idk if pkgj is compatible with 3.70 it's best to downgrade.

unrelated, but I've finally figured out cma aid. the cma id (often referred to as the account id) isn't exactly the aid. it's the aid backwards. it's backwards by byte, so if the last two characters are CA with your account id (can get it from the id.dat on ux0 root), then the cma id will start with CA. that had been driving me crazy, because vitadevwiki has like one sentence saying that one is generated by the other. the cma id is in the system.dreg, the account id isn't.

if you are on 3.70 you most likely have plugins not wokring with the firmware version, follow the below guide exactly, downgrade to 3.60 firmware (much easier to hack than 3.65) and you should then be good to use pkgj adrenaline etc without any issues...

https://vita.hacks.guide/downgrading-firmware-(3.60)

make sure you complete the 'finalising' section.....

best to remove the SD2Vita for now and set that up again after it's hacked on the correct firmware, your Sony memory card then serves as a handy backup incase you mess up later.

Choose just one tai folder as the location for your plugins; either the one in ur0: or the one in ux0: and don't use the other one. If you are going to use kernel-level plugins (like Storagemgr), forget about ux0:tai/ (delete the contents, too) and start using ur0:/tai as the one and only location for everything plugin-related on your Vita.

Afterwards, downgrade your Vita. The exploit for firmware 3.70 isn't really stable, not even with the most used plugins, and it should be avoided as it may give you more problems than any previous firmware would. You can use modoru to downgrade your Vita; it's really easy. You can downgrade to either 3.60 or 3.65 with virtually no difference between them as both of those firmwares can do and get exactly the same things currently (ignore the comments about "one being more stable than the other" because that's just fanfiction from some people). You can also downgrade to either 3.67 or 3.68, but those don't have the Enso version of the exploit, so you would require to run a bubble every time your Vita is turned off to re-enable the exploit; that said, every other plugin, game and function, besides PSN themes and Enso, work on those firmwares (and I can prove this as I have 4 Vitas and each of those firmwares).

If you are running SD2Vita, and have both ur0:tai and ux0:/tai, you are causing conflicts with the config.txt. Well, more like, the Vita is not loading anything from ur0:/tai if it detects there is a config.txt file in ux0:/tai. Also, you are using reF00D too but you have it on ux0:, which messes up with certain games while you are using SD2Vita. Fix that after downgrading as it seems you made a mess with your plugins and the locations you are using for them. Like I said before, just use one location and one location only from now on; no need to use both as you are only affecting yourself because of how some plugins work.

Last but not least, do you have enough space on your SD2Vita? Don't be surprised, but this happens to people sometimes. As the Vita does technically everything when using these apps, the unpacking of the file may be an issue too if you are low on space. Well, nowadays it shouldn't be an issue really, but it happens anyway if you are not paying attention.
