Yeah, we tried, but it did bring us to an election result of only 15% at the european election

They also seem to be very weak so i think no. The German Greens are at 26% in polls at the moment.

This is the perfect time to buy, though. Follow the "buy low, sell high" maxim, now that their position has weakened they are cheap to acquire, sit on them for several years, and then when the tide of public opinion starts swinging back their way and they start to climb the wave, sell'em out and roll in the amoral, scrupleless dough. Just like they teach in my favourite self-help book, "Backstabbing for fun and profit".
