Homebrew Question about Badge Arade Cheating

I think this is in the right forum. Anyway, is Nintendo still handing out bans to people who cheat in badge arcade to anyone's knowledge? And also, what cheats can you do (increasing gravity, ect.) that probably won't get you banned? I saw a thread similar a while back, but I can't find it anymore.

Most likely. Your gonna wind up with a full ban no matter what you're doing with that game.

Get a small amount of badges in the usual way, then change them to something useful with the appropriate utility. (There's a badge editor for PCs, but I don't know what it's called.) I did this so I could label my folders with icons that clearly indicate what's inside them. I make no guarantees, but I personally was not banned for doing this.

Thanks, but I meant a way to cheat to get all the badges from Nintendo, not to inject custom ones. I did that before, but now I want a whole bunch of legal ones too.
