Baldurs Gate - Dark Alliance after GameBoy animation stucks on WHITE SCREEN,pressed all Keys.
Breath of Fire works perfect.Save/Load ok.
Castlevania - Circle of Moon works perfect.Save/Load ? Sorry,i did not manage it to stay long enough alive to get a chance to save.:(
Harry Potter - Chamber of secrets works perfect.Save/Load ok.
Disney´s Aladdin works perfect.Save/Load ok.
Doom II after GameBoy animation BLACK SCREEN and screeching Sound Loop.
Golden Sun 2 works perfect until when trying Game Save then stucks on "Saving.." with quietly sound loop.
EggMania after GameBoy animation FLASHING WHITE SCREEN.

okay with the new build both f-zero games have less graphical glitches and sound cracks are still present, metroid fusion still goes sicko mode on that x parasite under the microscope cutscene and doesnt save anymore, the mario advance games now boot into the mario bros game but upon pressing start it freezes

Problems where it hangs after the gba bios are the most confusing to me. I really have no idea what could be causing them tbh.
I downloaded a very old version of gbarunner, and it seems that I'm now getting the binfsn error, which is strange because the emulator was working perfectly fine before I replaced the gbarunner file with the file for the newer version. I haven't changed anything on my sd card that should have caused it, it just started happening out of nowhere when i tried to update to a newer version of gbarunner. As stated before, new bios, re-formatted, tried seemingly everything and none of them are fixing it. Maybe I missed something? It isn't any specific games either, it is EVERY game i try to play.

Guys, I can confirm that the English patch for Summon Night Swordcraft Story 3 works on GBARunner2! I made sure to save and everything and it worked fine. I love this game already man!

Rinne Tensyou Advance [J] - freezes on Gameboy advance splash screen, which is also garbled.

You need to use gbafix or so to fix the header.

Castlevania Circle of the Moon works really well now in the 8e4d520 (2019/06/14) build.
Circle of the Moon was the least playable GBA Castlevania game for some time.

Chocobo Land - A Game of Dice also runs pretty well.

I will check the Homebrew games later. Maybe I can fix them with gbafix.
Same applys to the NES Mini games with anti piracy protection.

Today I've worked on improving the feature/newabortv2 branch more. I've fixed (or partially fixed) a couple of games from the wiki. I'll be posting a new build later. I think newabortv2 works well, so I'll soon merge it to master.

Sound fixed games:
Cars - Mater-National Championship [E]
Cartoon Network Block Party [E]
Bibi und Tina - Ferien auf dem Martinshof [G]

Boots again:
Popeye - Rush for Spinach [UE]

And ofc more games I haven't tested might be fixed as well. I also worked on a alpha fix for bg mode 3 and 5, which I haven't committed yet. It allowed me to play the pokemon video paks. The other gba video roms contain some annoying code I couldn't get working yet.

Very good job Gericom! GBARunner2 is improving a lot! Do you think that implementing 3 and 4 GB sound channels will be difficult? Are you planning to do it in the next future?

Well, when I started implementing gb sound, they turned out not to be as straight forward compared to the other channels. I am gonna look into it at some point, but it's harder to get right.

I can´t get the Nes Classic (UE) releases to boot beyond the "game pack error" screen.

I tried 8e4d520 (2019/06/14) arm9 build and the Commit 09c3fb7 (2019/06/26) arm7 build from the feature/newabort2 branch.
The patched roms don´t boot in mGBA build 0.7.1 and Visualboy Advance M as well.
Is anyone able to boot one of the Nes Classic gba games?

New release, master branch commit e531a1e (2019-06-30).
It contains the new speedup I did and various fixes. I also enabled armv4 thumb interworking backwards compatibility, which fixes quite a number of games, including final fantasy IV and V and Maya the Bee Sweet Gold. It also contains a partial experimental fix for games using 15bpp bitmaps. This enables the pokemon video paks to work correctly for example.
Edit: Forgot to say, this contains a fix for the heavy flickering issue as well
Edit2: Please use the version with a bugfix (897403a) on the next page
