Have you ever experienced it going into sleep mode by itself?
Cause this kinda sounds like just a janky power button.
When does it happen specifically? Just at random times while it's in handheld mode? Or while docked? Does it stay in sleep mode at all or just exit sleep mode immediately?

It doesn't go into sleep by itself, but the opposit happens, & i don't think it's the power button because when i turn it off completly it doesn't power on by itself, didn't try docked mode, & yes it exits immediately !!

--------------------- MERGED ---------------------------

One more important thing, last night, i fully charged it, when i woke up this morning, the battery was at 30 % i think it's a faulty battery problem, i hope that's all it is :(

--------------------- MERGED ---------------------------

Also, according to the serial number Xaj7005032#### i think it's an old one, may be it's a manufacturing defect.

Did you fully charge it and turn it off, or leave the charger plugged in? Because if you unplugged the charger it would obviously lose a lot of charge from coming out of sleep mode all the time :P
Correct me if I'm wrong but I think powering on requires a longer press than waking up the console from sleep mode, so that it doesn't power on accidentally in someone's bag.

When it is turned of completely, it doesn't lose any power, i managed to fix the waking up but the battery is drained very fast in sleep mode !!
So i tried to replace the battery with a working one, it didn't solve the problem.
Conclusion : manufacturing defect or some circuit in the motherboard is causing the power loss.

Just out of curiosity do your JoyCons hold charge? I have heard of issues where the JoyCons won't hold charge and if the console keeps trying to charge them up while it's in sleep mode that could contribute to the Switch being drained.

Try turning on Airplane mode but keeping Bluetooth on as well. Worked for me, as the attached joycons kept waking the console up from sleep. (Only tested in handheld mode, tho).
