I think you're confusing what reflowing is. It's a soldering method for microelectronics.
You know that CPUs and GPUs are considered microelectronics. I'm using reflowing because most people don't understand the concept of reballing

now i can play wii again. im trying to use rca cable [original one] and the screen was fix, but little blur. so i think the problem in component display adapter. even when rca cable is little bad, not like an erarlier with rca cable.

Glad to hear its working better I figured it would be a short. What you should do is get the Wii2HDMI convertor its amazing! clarity is so much better as well especially if you have gamecube games. Makes them a lot clearer. Still suggest cleaning and adding new thermal paste at least.

but you told the OP to replace the thermal paste and the video you linked, both has nothing to do with reflow or reballing. You need sophisticated equipment to even attempt reballing and as I said it is cheaper to buy a second hand Wii than to replace ICs.

Glad that the OP's Wii is fine but the OP do miss quite a lot of details initially (like the voltage converter failure and then the component display adapter, isn't that a separator adapter from the Wii? Wii also have component cable, why an adapter? or you mean an adapter to convert the component signal from Wii to other format to fit your TV?)

I still think you're confused. Reballing is the opposite of reflowing. It's _desoldering_ something with an oven or heat gun. What you're talking about is simply reapplying thermal paste. There isn't a technical term for that.

Strictly speaking, reflow is just the melting of solder. It was a process used in printed circuit board manufacturing to make tin plated/coated circuitry smooth and shiny before shipping. Of course it is also used to attach electronic components to circuit boards (reflow soldering)
Reballing only apply to Ball Grid Array (BGA) components. It involving the removal of old solder balls (due to defects, cold joints etc) then reapply new balls and of course the sole purpose is such that the component can then be used to solder on to circuit boards.

Did you read earlier comments or just post after reading the last one? I said that earlier
