PS1/2 Access PS1 memory card on PC?

I have the PS1/2 memory card adapter for the PS3 but I can't view it on my computer and the only video I could find had a defunct link. I found drivers for it but they're for Windows 7 and I'm on 10.

There's always the DexDrive if you can find one.
