Gaming Final 3DS game is almost out!!

How big a factor is piracy? I spent well over €200 on games before I hacked my 3ds and now i don't spend anything (I still have a €25 Nintendo card unused).
I'm also pretty sure I saw Mighty No.9 in my local library (but Metacritic lists it as TBA, so perhaps I saw it on WiiU (same shelf)?).
Persona Etrian rip-off 2 is a sad way to end any console though. I LOVE EO games but the 1st one of these was SOOOO BORING with endless dialogue and bland characters that I didn't even clear the first stage! AVOID THAT STINKER.
