If you mean th CTR Codes, then nope. I do unpack every update and check for the functions. The port tool was done actually for big codelists with heap or main codes found in memory. CTR Codes are ASM Codes..

you cant find my signature, its at the bottom of my posts.

i dont provide the download because its easier to update the cheats and users get the up to date version off my pastebin.

I used the code for te PRL 42 alone, and tried going to the Inventory (pausing and unpausing), and changed area, but the weapon remained the same, as a pistol but with the bullet icon of the PRL.

Oh btw, I tested your "Start at final boss" code, and there's a bug, or rather an unintended side-effect.
If you finish the game that way before unlocking all the weapons from the Merchant's store, in a New Game+ he won't sell you any new weapons.
Let's say you enable the code right at the beginning of the game, then you won't be able to purchase any new weapon from him. This means no new pistols, shotguns, rifles, etc. You'll be stuck with the starting pistol and normal shotgun for any subsequent New Game+ run.
Maybe having a cheat code that unlocks all weapons on the Merchant store could fix this?

@Retroboy i haven’t messed around with codes too much but I took yours for RE4 and am trying to use them on the US version. When I try to start the game the screen goes black and the system has to be hard powered down to reset. Any thoughts on what’s causing this? I haven’t experienced this before with other games and having Cheats for other regions before. Thanks!

ive just started a new game, enabled the PRL code and it changed after i entered a new area.

and ill check the merchant out

The infinite ammo did that for me, but was using edizon.

the problem will be different version of the game and its a known fact other regions may have different codes that the other.

the codes will only work for the version ive made them for

I just realised that some codes are SXOS only. That's why infinite ammo on RE4 freeze my switch on atmosphere

could be the way the pointer is done not sure.

if you use my weapon mod it should give you infinite ammo

So I got a lot of the codes working on the US version, it looks like a lot of the “infinite” codes are the problem, I removed those and most stuff works!

I had that error before.
Is either one of these:
Problem 1 - the cheat titles aren't like this [Inside these]
Problem 2 - there is unwanted space inside the cheat txt
