so I m using a 32 bit widows 8 with the ultamate gba injector for 3ds on the kid paddle gba rom and thought it plays fine it can t save. thanks in advance.

How about some better error description, please?
NSUI works quite well and solves most save issues on GBA games (including Pokemon games which are problematic).
I'm not quite sure about the previous tools (Ultimate GBA Injector in your case): If I remember correctly it could SRAM patch ROMs – or maybe you would have to apply SRAM patches by yourself.
I clicked on the gba pic and it s white also some words are in what I think is spanish or something of the sort
You're getting a white box when clicking on the GBA because you don't have any saved GBA projects.
You need to go to File >> New >> Game Boy Advance CIA to start a GBA Project
Then you need to right click on the tab and select Load ROM

I can t click on anything on that page I see all the info (can t read it) but I can t click on it.
I edited my post, once you get into that page right click the project tab and select load ROM.
Also I'll try to find an english version of the tool real quick.
NSUI requires at least .NET Framework 4.0 and has problems showing the complete text in the window when magnification|scaling text in Windows is activated (setting it to 100% solves that).
If the language is detected wrong, change this manually by editing settings.ini (or config.ini or whatever it is called).
Maybe upload a screenshot.
Other than that I'm not able to assist you further because my knowledge about modern Windows OS is next to zero.
But I can assure you:
Kid paddle does save when injected with NSUI.
