Could anyone help me please? I've installed HBC, Mocha, WUP Installer etc. I'm at the stage where I have game files but I don't know how to get them in a readable format to install via WUP Installer. Really getting frustrated now. Thanks so much

Those are for an outdated method, loadiine. Google Wii U USB Helper. Can't link here. That app will download in the format you want;

I think a few of the early systems could benefit from that, at least up to the 8 bit generation, by the 16 bit generation I think TVs had gotten a lot better in almost every way

Just give it a try, but honestly if you have a 3DS you can play DS games without a card just off the internal SD card
