So the past 6 or so months maybe longer (got it maybe 6-8months after launch and slowley used atmosphere)I used cfw on and off only for things like retro arch and emiibo but I have yet to be banned. I just heard of emu mmc and I was wondering if I could use one emunand to be online and one emunand to install xci files I know my system won't be banned anytime soon or else it would have two ban waves ago

1. You don't know that your system won't be banned anytime soon.
2. Making EmuMMC from dirty NAND and going online with that won't be safe.
If you send errors logs which can't normally happen, missing error logs, wrong telemetry, playing games no account on the console owns (and it is not from the cartridge) and so on. That's what gets you banned.

Alright thank you, so should I keep my sys firmware on 8.0.1 u til atmosphere has support for 8.1.0?

Since I'm not banned and wont be and I have 8.0.1, can't I just use two emunand, one image to stay online and buy games and the other image keep offline for xci installs at least until atmosphere gets 8.1 support
The emuMMC shouldn't go online at any time, if you want play online and play CFW, you should use sysnand with clean OFW for online, and the emuMMC dirty with CFW for offline use, but this only can be applied for unpatched RCM units.
It can be considered safe because the custom error handling that prevent send any report to N servers and redirect it to SD card, but to be safe 100%, the best its go online with sysnand on clear OFW.
I read a lot of users that say that they use atmosphére online and don't get banned, it's possible that can be considered safe, but I can't trust it because on my case I always use CFW on air plain mode and deleted wireless settings, I only go online with clean OFW and only play my cartiges.
We never gona sure 100% because the people do crazy things (go online with a piracy game backup for example), but some well know members of the forum afirm that they use atmos online and never get banned.
