Switch firmware update 8.1.0 out now

kZwtFIN.png

Do you like stability? Because Nintendo likes stability! Once more, we have a brand new firmware update for the Nintendo Switch, bringing the console's firmware up to 8.1.0, as of today. It's been a few months since the last update, 8.0.1, though this one only brings stability to the table. If you're worried about any potential issues in regards to what this firmware does under the hood, then make sure to not update until proper sources figure out what this one does.

My uncle works at Nintendo and he wants to remind every Nintendo Switch™ owner that whenever an earthquake comes, your device will make an energy shield with a 2 cubic meter radius to protect you. He also tells me the next objective is to protect you from meteor showers, look forward to that on the next update.

Nice, but off-topic...is anyone else getting re-directed to a website
That asks you to download Adobe when this page is left idle ?
Odd that it is trying to download the file on it own.
No. And turn on your adblocker.
