If you download the rar file you have to extract the folder within and copy
the folder to either:
sd/sxos/titles (/0100000000010000/cheats/b424be150a8e7d78.txt)
sd/atmosphere/titles
sd/reinx/titles (?)

Otherwise the cheats only work for the first save slot.

My file is copied in
sd / sxos / titles (/0100000000010000/cheats/b424be150a8e7d78.txt)

and I use the backup 1

Should have asked what you mean with "does not work", as you use sxos the path (sd/sxos/titles/0100000000010000/cheats/b424be150a8e7d78.txt) is correct.

You know how to use cheats under sxos?
Start the game, load your save, press home button, open album, select cheats tab and
finally enable the cheats - like this:

it's the same thing to do for atmosphere users and yes, sxos cheats work on atmosphere and vice versa

nope, only those you cannot unlock without internet.
