@The Real Jdbye i need your help again.

I realize that using the guide you linked, i got those Boot0/1 but i now see they might not be correct. When i look at my other Boot0/1 from Hekate dump, they are named Boot0 and Boot1 and filesize is 4096 KB and the once i got is named Boot0.bin and Boot1.bin with Boot0.bin filesize only 1536 KB and Boot1.bin is 512 KB. Is that because of AutoRCM missing or something? I won't proceed until i know if this is okay or not.

Hope you or someone can help.

I kind of have similar issue. I took a clean NAND backup before eMMC SYS instead of dump RAW eMMC (so i dont have user partition). I've also got BOOT0 and BOOT1. Im still on 4.1.0 and i would like to go EMUNAND so that i can play online. So, can i start from step 8 : TRANSFER the firmware to your Switch's eMMC:
Also, What about USER partition. I didnt get dump of user partition. Can i just skip it or i'll have to format it?
If you want to go back to a clean NAND you should definitely format it. I don't know if that clears all the data from USER though, so it might be safer to use ChoiDujour.

I would guess that the rest of the data in boot0/boot1 is just blank data. You can check that with a hex editor.

Well i Googled around yesterday and found a thread with a guy having the same issue, and he soft bricked by restoring those boot files, it was hard to understand because there was another problem with his rawnand. So what i did was..

Downgrade to 4.0.1 with choidujournx (fat 32) put my files on a spare 32 gb sd card and removed AutoRCM. Then boot into hekate again and dump boot0/1, then restore my 7.0.0 nand again.

I will restore my clean nand using those boot files and restore both sys and user (don't want to risk it so im restoring user aswell) and we'll see if it boots.

Damn! i restored BOOT0/1 and SYS without a problem. But i have a problem with my USER.. It seems that i have 12 USER parts... USER.00 all the way to USER.12, and when i try to restore them via Hekate this pops up "Error (4) file not found. Continuing...

And i know that when you normally backup USER the file is just USER not Parts.. I have tried to put them all inside Partitions, and i have tried to put them inside a folder called USER inside Partitions.

Do you know what i can do about this?

That's because you were using a FAT32 formatted card.
You can use this command in command prompt: "copy /B user.part1 + user.part2 + user.part3 + user.part4 + user.part5,etc... user" to merge all the parts into a file called user. But you'll need to use an exFAT formatted card to restore it. Alternatively you can use HacDiskMount to restore it over USB (this is similar to what you would do if following the https://gbatemp.net/threads/how-to-...nofficially-without-burning-any-fuses.507461/ guide to install a fresh firmware)

Where should i use this command prompt, in Choidujour or just regular CMD?

Thanks man.

Command Prompt = CMD.
Just make sure you CD to the right folder with the files or use shift+right click in a folder->open command prompt here.

You are the king! It's merging right now. Then i will reformat my SD card to exfat, and then try again, hope it doesn't course any problems, i will however format the SD card back to Fat32 after being done with NAND restore.

Thanks again for all your help!

Yeah that's what I did when I hacked my Switch initially. Formatted the card to exFAT just to get the update for it and to backup my NAND without having to deal with it being split in parts. Then formatted to FAT32 afterwards.
