I have modded my DSi to run HiyaCFW and Twilight Menu ++

I can run .nds games just fine, but can't run the .cia files. How can I run them?

@webyugioh If you install the cia on a 3DS, you can extract the .app file from the /title/00030004/ directory in your TWLN partition of your sysNAND or emuNAND with godmode 9 and rename it to .nds which should work on your DSi.
You can use the tmd viewer to see which title you are currently copying.
Maybe you can also install it on citra and take the app from there, I don't know if it works with encrypted CIAs though.
Worked with aura-aura climber for me.
