Hacking CIA pack for 3ds?

Does anyone have a CIA pack to share? I do not want any games from real "developers" (Nintendo, ubisoft etc.) I would rather like roms hacks, tools, useful apps, etc.
You can also give individual links.
My old 3ds xl is from Europe, version 11.10
And yes I have cfw so please do not ask thank you. For all the answers from you, I thank you in advance

the only rom hacks i've ever been able to find are pokemon hacks.
would love to see a zelda oot or majora's mask rom hack but here are some things I've used.

Tools:
JK's Save Manager
Anemone (theme manager)
3DSident
3DS controller
TWLSaveTool (nds save manager )
Quick Reboot

Games:
Zelda ROTH 3DS

Useful Apps:
NTR CFW - real time cheat engine
^^ great for removing outlines on pokemon SM^^
Twilight Menu ++
PKSM (pokemon save editor )
Homebrew Browser
The Homebrew Launcher

Ah yes and if you have Mariokart 7 you should be able to get CTGP-7 here:

There's that homebrew starter kit that keeps being posted around here, that contains a ton of cias. I don't have a link to it though.
