I find it easy enough, every day I look in the mirror and say “OH MY GOD, I’M GORGEOUS”.........
....... can anyone guess what classic TV show I’ve been watching lately
I have discussed this one with friends before. We generally found we could spot uncool scars, fat cunts, skin diseases, alcoholics/druggies, asymmetry and a lack of height. Beyond that then if the test is what the girlies and gays go in for then we were clueless to a man. We then roped in a couple of young lady friends and got them to scope the place with us. We were all still hopeless, our lady friends were however pretty spot on with their predictions for the evening.
About all I have is I am apparently like catnip to a certain type of woman (they all seem to look quite similar), though it is also an as yet unfailing indicator of the sort of craziness that one not only does not want to stick but probably upon detection needs to immediately leap over the nearest high fence, land running and at that point you still only really have hope that you can get away.
Also are you really going to leave us hanging?

I personally don't think I'm particularly good looking, the wife disagrees but, meh. Nor am I actually any good at discerning whether or not another guy is attractive or not, never have been, never will be, it's just not in my repertoire.I have, just as you have, also been afflicted with a catnip type problem, one I've had since about my mid-teens. Though mine extends to children, animals, old women and gay guys. No idea what it is, maybe I emit a smell or something, but like it or not I attract them.
Children instantly take to me - no idea why I'm 6' 3" with a voice deeper than Barry Whites and I'm pretty well built so I'd expect to be a scary giant. Old women want to adopt and mother me and the guys, well, I try not to think about what they'd want with me
.Even my new next door neighbour was stunned when I went to fix her TV, one of her cats came along, purring and rubbing around my leg. Apparently it ordinarily won't go near people other than her, because where she lived previously the poor animal had been very badly treated by the local idiot chavs.

Drop everything and run craziness could be said to be a defining personality trait. But yes typically outwardly sweet and nurturing, usually up for a good time and able to carry out a conversation, inwardly/behind closed doors according to those that fell for the trick (I am not so kind as to not warn my friends as they do the moth to a flame bit) then some combo of praying mantis and black widow

I was thinking more the supply cupboard story.
As for cats they seem to like me as well. Had several come sit on me, much to the chagrin of their owners (there I am with a cat sitting on my lap, on its back, purring and being all happy, "he just about tolerates me" being the owner's quote).

I haven't, no, but I'm like 99% sure one of my teachers had a thing for me which was...fun. She was a little too "physical", always putting her hands on my and leaning over me for no reason, giving random hugs and such, used to pay too much attention to me all the time when I was in her "class" (which wasn't really a class, I did some online courses and stuff and she just supervised the room), let me get away with too much shit. Tried giving me her number towards the end of my senior year, but I tossed it like right after lol.

I can barely add anything to what @FAST6191 already said. Yes, I can spot a few characteristics that makes a man look bad (fat, scar, extremely bad hair, ...) and even fewer that apparently do the opposite (six pack abs), but aside that? I've got no clue who would be rated an 'average' man and who an 'OMGHOOOOOTTTTTTT' by women and gay people.
EDIT: oh, right...I remember one instance where I went out with my then-girlfriend, and she told me that the gay bartender asked her if I was hetero or somewhat bi/bi-curious. I took it as a compliment, but to this day I have no idea why he would think I'm attractive.

I am sure many of us have rolled over in the morning to far worse, though I am not sure about the pretending to be a dinosaur thing in that image. There is also something to be said for experience.
Back then I thought they were attractive, today I know that they are too old.

When I was 12 I had this sexy English teacher, she was hot and did a perfect 90º each time she had to write in lower parts of the whiteboard. She was in her mid 20's.
When I was 14 I had this bombshell Math teacher she was hot as hell. Blond, blue eyes and all the curves in their right places. The fact she often gave me chocolates and gifts didn't help much. She was also the teacher in charge of my class for two years... She was so sweet. She must have been in her early 30's.
