ROM Hack Question Where can I find a homebrew app/tool that dumps not only an eshop game, but also the update files?

Basically I'm trying to dump a game along with it's update that is currently installed. a lot of the game is installed into that update so i'd like to dump that with the game because I'd like to datamine it. it's a free game, i'm not trying to pirate anything and the tool i'm trying to use right now "Goldleaf" only lets you dump the game file and not the update. i heard somewhere you can like dump your entire nand and then extract some keys in there and download an nsp or something somewhere, i don't know i'm really confused lmao but i hope this tool exists that i'm describing!
