it has a modded weapon but you dont have to use it. Every npc is lvl 150. Relationships are maxed out and you have inf skill points. If this works for you please leave a like id really appreciate it.
This is nice and all but... I'd like to play as my own character, haha. Great job though!

What's the progress? As in, how far is the save? Near beginning, middle, near end or post game?

I used the save editor on the Switch. Then used the editor by @Falo to edit weapons and skill points
No just modded two weapons. But you're strong enough to kill any enemy at this point.
Its early in the game. The next cap is 300 then 600 last 999. Progress through the story to unlock higher level caps. Use check point to transer the save. Must have a hacked Switch. There are tutorials on YouTube that shows you how.
