I got this one and its totally dead. I know sometimes the speaker flex is the issue but i checked and everything seems fine. Any help with it?

What do you mean by dead? Does it do anything? Does the blue LED light up? Do you hear a pop?

is it hacked? can you get into luma settings / gm9 or anything? edit: nvm I'm dumb but I've never heard of one that charges but doesn't get the blue light if you try to turn it on. Wonder if the power switch could be broken...? GL fixing it

Could be a dead battery. Console looks like it is charging, not holding enough of a charge to actually boot system.
