I am in the terrible spot, of I was going to CFW today. As I was waiting on a NNID transfer, and now, I cant add my NNID or do anything online without updating

I did start the process, prior. I backed up the SD card files, did the seedminer, and got the application installed with a old NNID attached, then factory reset before finishing to wait for the NNID xfer. Can I put those SD files back and be able to finish?

Orrrr, is there any other way to get my Pokemon Ultra Moon save from Citra to my Cart other than CFW? Even if I have to buy something, thats all I am trying to do. I dumped it to Citra when my last 3ds broke.

I suppose that Nintendo is releasing this update for the upcoming PokéBank update to make it compatible with Pokémon Sword and Shield on the Nintendo Switch.

Also, I would love to see any Level-5 localization that we need (Inazuma Eleven Go Galaxy, Yo-kai Watch Blasters 2, LBX W).

So This is a thing now?

So does it work with 11.10? Thats what the 3ds hacks site shows.

why would you ask a question, then answer that same question in the same sentence....

if it's on the site, then it works.

nothing was broken/changed CFW wise, so seedminer still works on 11.10.....

Not like I have much choice but to try it, as I cannot add my NNID to 11.9, so I guess ill be Guinea Pig.

@Smokeylocc was asking because he was in the process of hacking his 3DS when the update dropped, so he needs one. *hax payloads have yet to be updated - you could try using one for the previous firmware, but no guarantees there.
If I were you, I'd wait: it usually takes only a few days at worst for them to be updated (unless there are some heavy complications, but this doesn't seem to be the case).

I hacked my 3ds using the sub wars method recently but i picked up an XL today and it updated to 11.10.. will the same method work? i imagine ill have to wait till 11.10 payload is listed on the site first or will 11.9 still work on my 11.10 3ds?

I would look it up on 3DBrew, but when you see that variable X is now variable Y by putting 00101101 as 2x0003254a in SEEPROM because "databank=6" was removed... well, you get the picture. That makes about as much sense to me as Mandarin Chinese.

The problem is not that I don't understand software programming. The problem I mainly have are the variables used which aren't fully explained on 3DBrew just what they all are.

havent updated my 3ds in a long while, can i update it to the latest through settings ? (im running luma cfw) its the updated sysnand thing that i use xD

i forgot so much about the 3ds hax, but im guessing i can just update away right?
