I like Sunset Overdrive and Ori and the Blind Forest, though both are now available on Windows as well.

forza horizon series.
Also some backwards compatibility games runs better on xbone
(for example RDR 1 no fps drops)

There's not a whole lot of true exclusives. The only ones I can think of are the Kinect games, Halo 5 and are Replay.
