Spent about two hours looking and couldn't find a working hacked save, friend wanted save for the switch since it doesn't have cheats in this port, enjoy.

Import it with checkpoint, this is an edited version of the Over Powered PC save found here, I edited the header and cut 8 empty hex digits from the end to make it work with the switch version.
Gives you max money and a ton of items, also skips intro. About 26 minutes in.

No, I had a friend heading down to Mexico and he requested I make an op save for him so he could just play to enjoy the story, if he comes back with other requests tho I'll post the edited saves here on gbatemp
