I've attempted to port it too see where I end up. I got kinda excited because I thought I would be able to do it, but then I watched a couple of videos and you really need a good understanding of c++ programming language to be able to do this. Honestly I'd be willing to do anything other than programming. I will even provide you my copy of morrowind if you need it. I just really want this.
Homebrew Suggestion If someone is willing to port OpenMW (Open Morrowind) to switch I will literally pay them.

It does work actually my only problem was pro controller config but i actually read where someone fixed that

I've been lurking a long time but i registered to agree with this. I would definitely chip into a bounty on this project.

For the procontroller, you can also configure it in game menu.

yeah i mean in some ways morrowind is better than oblivion or skyrim as for not playing something but knowing it isn't worth it gosh my life wouldn't be the same. I would have missed out on so many great games!
