how do you send pm message to user

hi i have got a question if anyone can please help me with it

right how do you send pm message to user

i have tried lots things like i have click on the persons avatar and no pm box come up
i have tried lots of things but i cant seem to find the pm message box anyway so can anyone please help me with this question

New members have a limitation (we had some problems with spammers and banned users) until I can't remember exactly.

If you want I will start a PM between you, me and the person you want to speak to and remove myself.

You should be able to do it now. I believe the requirement is 10 posts.
