OP
Hi. I’m searching for a phone that can run these games:

-Super Smash Bros. Melee
-Mario Kart - Double Dash!!
-Super Mario Sunshine
-The Simpsons Hit & Run
-Super Monkey Ball
-Kirby Air Ride
-Luigi’s Mansion
-Resident Evil 4

At full speed (not necessarily at 60FPS because not all of the games run like that) but yes at full speed and that will last me for a quite good amount of time. Thanks!

I don't think there is a phone that can handle this properly. I have a Mate 20Pro from Huawei, which does the job okay, but not more than this.

I will point out, this is possible, however phones do not have active cooling, and as a result they are not built to handle such processing without significantly damaging the SoC and other heat sensitive components, such as the lithium battery, and the Amoled displays of Sammy phones.

Basically your phone has to have a 64 bit processor, 8 cores, or be a Tegra CPU bearing device (do they even put Tegra in phones??).

U mean this one?
Sounds like a good deal for me. 6GB RAM, remotely cheaper than the iPhone X or the Asus ROG phone, and only $275? This should be better than the Nintendo Switch
Xiaomi are known for selling high end phones at budget prices. Their markets are primarily in China and India, though, which is why they don't have much exposure in the west. My only gripe about the company is that they make you join a waiting list to unlock the bootloader, but this is to prevent third party resellers from ruining the integrity of the devices.

A phone with an 835 will run most games fine with EFB hacks, 845 native res without hack fine and 855 even maybe you can up the res without hacks.

i have the armor 6 and can run sunshine poorly but this one got a beter gpu/cpu

base frequency 2,100 MHz (2.1 GHz, 2,100,000 kHz) + and 2,000 MHz (2 GHz, 2,000,000 kHz) +
core count 8 +
core name Cortex-A73 + and Cortex-A53 +
integrated gpu Mali-G72 +
integrated gpu base frequency 900 MHz (0.9 GHz, 900,000 KHz)
No please. Please. Dolphin runs horrible on mali gpu's, it works a lot better with qualcomm chips and nvidia chips even better.

The Xiaomi mi 9 is ~450$. It is currently the most powerful Android phone (snapdragon 855) and it can run most of emulated gamecube games at full speed :

I've seen pocofone f1 that runs most games full speed
I have had that phone and it ran every gamecube game i tried really well. A shame that it had touch issues, be careful, i would not recommend anyone to buy that phone, the touch screen is BS. The Mi 9 is a lot better.
