Help please, I've used vita hacks guide to get to enso 3.65 with all the aps installed at the end of the walk through, trinity, modoru, henkaku 3.60 then enso 3.65.cut along story short I can no longer use usb cable, if I connect to wifi it comes up with qcma but I can't see any files. I only have molecular shell on live screen bubbles and I have to go to Web exploit to get henkaku to appear in settings. I've tried to reformat it but it won't let me, then when I go to content manager it asks to update software but when I press ok it says can't connect. any idea how I can update it to 3.70 firmware then start again but I need to install it in a different way. I have literally used all options apart from fpt as I'm not sure how it works, if I could get vhbb installed I can re install the apps that have gone missing that might help cheers

I think you're going to have to be more specific about what the problem is - when you say 'I can no longer use USB cable', what are you trying to use it for, exactly?
At this stage you don't need QCMA anymore - if you want to transfer files you should go into VitaShell and enable USB (or FTP) transfer. But if you did have to use QCMA for something, it would require being logged into a PSN account, so you'd need to be online with your system software spoofed to 3.70 so that it doesn't prompt you to update.

Also, you say you're on Enso 3.65 but then you say you have to go to web exploit to get Henkaku to appear in settings. That tells me that a) you're not on 3.65, you're on 3.60, because the web exploit doesn't work on 3.65 (you'd need the h-encore app to install Henkaku there) and b) you don't have Enso, because if you did Henkaku would be auto installing at every boot.

That sounds right about enso not being installed. I have now checked and the firmware is 3.60 and there is no sign of enso at all. I can't sign into psn account as where it says sign in it is grayed out. There is no vita shell just molecular shell on live screen. I am trying to connect via USB to re install the apps, I usually press select to enable USB but it now it only enables ftp and I'm a Bit unsure how to use it, sorry its aBit vague I'm a bit of a newbie on the vita thanks for helping

Okay, so you've done the first step, which is to install Henkaku and MolecularShell via browser exploit, and now you should be installing VitaShell and Enso from their .vpk files.

MolecularShell does not have a USB transfer option (you would need VitaShell for that), so you'd have to transfer them via FTP - it's not that hard, just download an FTP client such as FileZilla, click File -> Site Manager -> New Site and then enter the IP address and port number that MolecularShell is giving you, protocol should be set to FTP, encryption is plain FTP (insecure) and logon type anonymous, then click Connect and it should connect to your Vita and show the partitions. Then you can open ux0: (your memory card) and drag and drop the .vpks over.

Thank you so much, your answer was idiot proof lol, tried what you said and it worked first time. Everything is back to normal now as it was and I just need to sort out sd2vita for my 200gb memory card and I'm good to go, is there an easier way to install this.

Okay, so do you know how to set a micro SD card up for an SD2Vita adapter? You'll need to get zzBlank.img and use Win32DiskImager (if you're on Windows?) to write it to the microSD card, then format it as exFAT. There are plenty of tutorials for that around the internet, including in the Tutorials section here.
Then you'll need a plugin on your Vita so that it can detect the SD2Vita, and I'd recommend StorageMgr, and how to install and set that up is detailed here on The One Guide to Rule Them All.
