Hacking The "My SD2Vita/PSVSD is having issues" thread

Not sure if this would be the right place to post this but oh well.

My Vita refuses to transfer files now properly. A good example is I'm trying to put vitacheat back onto ux0 and it'll transfer, but once I disconnect my USB and check the files, not all of the files transferred over.

I've ran chkdsks multiple times and even formatted the whole card once, but it'll come up with "the volume is dirty" at times too. This really didn't start happening until recently, maybe it's a bad file I have in one of my directories? I'd appreciate some insight, as it's a little irritating going back and forth trying to get it to work.

i have a problem with my vita with sd2vita and i can find the solution!i hope somebody can help me,it s drive me crazy!

i have 2 ps vita in same software configuration 3.60 and enso just one thing is different:one have original sony memory card and other sd2vita.
i installed lolicon plugin with autoplugin on two consoles
-with the first (with sony memory card) and plugin isntalled in ur0: no problem it s working perfectly!
-with second (sd2vita) and plugin installed in ur0(like first) i have no vsh menu in all game,i think plugin doesn t load!

so here is what i alread did:
-verify config.txt and it s ok i have
*kernel
ur0:tai/gamesd.skprx
ur0:tai/nondrm.skprx
ur0:tai/lolicon.skprx
-verify lolicon.skprx is présent in tai folder
-change oder in config.txt like
*kernel
ur0:tai/lolicon.skprx
ur0:tai/gamesd.skprx
ur0:tai/nondrm.skprx
-check everythink are same like other psvita...
-i spécify other plugin gamesd.skprx(for sd2vita) and nondrm.pskprx working well !!!
-i change sd2vita plugin (gamesd) by storagemrg.skprx

so i was wondering if lolicon is compatible with sd2vita config and if you have any idéas or solutions for me i take it!

Make sure the storagemgr is pointing at the SD2vita not the sony memory card.

MCD=uma0
INT=imc0
GCD=ux0
UMA=grw0

By default it is this, in the storage_config.txt , SD2vita use the Gamecard (GCD) slot, so that would be ux0, might have to do with lolicon.

maybe problem come from here.
i have just create storage_config.txt with

Storagemgr.skprx should be right below *kernel, it look for that before anything else.

You don't really need lolicon, I never used, only use plugins that you need and that you understand how it work, you can take out lolicon and see if it solve your issue.

i need this plugin for one game shantae hgh ;) very laggy without overclock,framerate not proper .
and also i don t understand why it working with one but not on other :hateit:

OK. I just installed firmware 3.70 on my Vita2000 and my PSTV and got Trinity up and running on both systems. I had to reinstall Adrenaline for some reason, but the Whitelist hack and Vita USB streaming plugin still worked right out the box. For whatever though, my Vita won't detect my SD2Vita anymore. I usually use the TF Card Plugin Tool to switch it back and forth between uma0 and ux0. But now whenever I try to use the tool, the SD2Vita still isn't showing up. Even if I try to boot the SD2Vita as ux0, it just reboots the console with the memory card still as ux0.

Believe it or not, I'm late to the party on the SD2Vita craze and only installed mine a few months ago. Obviously, I'm using the latest version of TF Card Plugin Tool.

Is anyone else having this issue? Any ideas on how to fix this?

Downgrade to either 3.60 or 3.65 and then use storagemgr.

Not that you can't use it, just that if there is no support you either would never get it or gonna have to wait until someone port them to the higher firmware.

Yes, I noticed. The last update was in 2018. I left a comment on the GitHub page bringing the matter to attention. Let's hope they patch it.

There is no benefit to having a PS Vita on a firmware other than 3.60 or 3.65, any other firmware is junk for CFW, you now have all the tools available to get the Vita to a coldboot firmware, so just do that.....

There is no benefit to having a PS Vita on a firmware other than 3.60 or 3.65, any other firmware is junk for CFW, you now have all the tools available to get the Vita to a coldboot firmware, so just do that.....

Certain Vita games require later firmware, so the later the better. I'm personally not interested in emulators and the like, my need for hacking is purely to restore full compatibility with Vita, PSP and PSone games on PSTV.
