Is there a mod/hack or anything that makes edits to the files for Pokemon Ultra Moon for Citra that allows for unlimited EV/IV's and straight up stat edits to specific pokemon you own ?
I know about PKHaX which edits the EV's and IV's and stats, BUT they revert back to normal after 1 battle.. presumably because there's a auto check that corrects stats in Singleplayer
I also know of pk3DS which allows you to edit pokemon stats, but those stat changes spread to ALL pokemon in the game, I just want MY pokemon to have permanent stat changes + the EV's and such are also capped using pk3DS..
