There's no such thing, and this isn't XDA.

You need the specific April Security Update for your speciifc device. You can find that on XDA, probably, if your phone can even downgrade.

I leave you to Googling and YouTube for the rest, for how to extract the firmware zip and how to use Odin.
i already know how to use odin, i flashed my software back for pokemon go spoofing once

If your bootloader version updated there is no going back.. Atleast I think thats the case with all android phones?

Samsung hasn't updated the bootloader version for the Note 9 in a very long time. They don't have a serious anti-downgrade protection.
