Looking at the cheats that normally come out for the switch i hope so. The only i really want is inventory stuff and that seems to be impossible with what the current switch cheat engines can do.
https://www.nexusmods.com/finalfantasy12/mods/93 you can try to edit the pc version then transfer the save thats if you have the japanese version on pc

I don't use SXOS so I have no idea. Otherwise, the Edizon solution remains to be seen if it is compatible with SXOS

I've never used the editor with Edizon, so I can't really help you
