I want to know exactly what wad files are installed to my Wii.

I mean every one of them too.

I know syscheck shows what IOS is installed in which slots, but I want to know what wads im using for channel forwarders too.

When I first started modding, I was just grabbing up everything.

I have multiple wads for multiple emulators because some worked, some didnt.

Now that I have 3 wads for a channel forwarder for one emulator, I dont know which wad is the one that is active.

I really want to clean up my wad folder of the ones that arent being used or dont work.

Is there an app or something out there similar to syscheck that will list all installed wads?

A wad is just one possible source for titles, which mainly install (unsurprisingly) to the /title/ folder of the nand (and you can use homebrews such as AnyTitleDeleter to see all installed titles)

But once a title is installed, there is no relationship with the wad it came from anymore (in fact, as said, it may not have ever came from a wad - see the Wii Shop, official online updates, and homebrews like Dop-Mii)

You also don't have to keep wads after installation (they're just installation packages), and you can use homebrews like BlueDump Mod to backup an already installed title to a wad

I installed the wads myself using MMM.
Now i want to know which ones are the ones actually being used so I can keep a backup of the "correct" wads and delete the ones that arent "correct" from the SD card.

None are currently being used, wads stop being used after you leave the wad manager you used to install them (as said in my previous post)

If you want to have a wad of what is currently installed, you're best off dumping it yourself

I know they arent currently being used. I think you are misinterpreting what I'm saying. I know how wads work, i know you can delete them from sd card. I know you can install to NAND or emuNAND. I know all this.

I just want to know which ones are the ones , that if i wanted to mod another Wii to be an exact replica of the one Im using now, I would need to use.

In my wads folder, I have 3 feugx wads, 3 genplusgx wads, 4 neogeo wads, 2 snes9gx wads and so on. The reason being, is because the first wad for a single emulator didnt work, so i grabbed up a bunch a loooooong time ago and installed, tested, deleted, installed another and so forth until i found a working wad for each emulator.

Now, i want to mod a friends Wii, but dont want the hassle of figuring out which wad works and which one doesnt.

Are you following me now?

You say Any Title Deleter will show me what wads are installed, but ive only used that app once, and if i remember it only showed me ticket numbers.

But again, that was a long time ago, i only used it once. Is there something in Any Title Deleter that shows the wad file name as it appears on my sd card?

No, it's not stored, because that information is not useful to the operation of the console
If the forwarders had different titleIDs, of course, you could compare the ones of the titles inside your wads with the titles already installed; but in case of doubt, it's just easier to create your own wads from the installed ones and use those

You could use Wii NAND Extractor to grab a copy of your wii's NAND, then open it up with ShowMiiWads on your pc, and that would show you the ID's of all the wads on your NAND. You could compare those to your "inventory" if they have an ID in the filename.

Or - you could install them one at a time to dolphin to see what's what and eliminate them that way.

there are multiple choices, most are explained above already.

The wad is only a package, like a zip. when installing, it extracts the files to the NAND. there's no backup of the wad filename, or the original wad file kept internally, you get only extracted files in a folder.
The folder's name where the files are stored is the "TitleID Low", which is what you know as "4 digit TitleID" of a channel, or the Slot number for IOS.
/title/TitleID Hight/TitleID Low/<extracted WAD data here>

Titles can be installed in different folders.
These "TitleID High" (parent folder inside "title/") are used by the Wii:
00000001 System files (IOS, system menu, MIOS, BC)
00010000 Wii game disc savegames
00010001 Normal Channels (WiiWare, Virtual consoles, forwarders, etc.)
00010002 System channels (Mii, Photo, Vote, Weather, etc.)
00010004 Games channels originated from disc based game (Mario kart, WiiFit, Rabbids, etc.)
00010005 DLC
00010008 Hidden Channels (EULA, region select, DVDX)

you can get the TitleID of the installed titles with AnyTitleDeleter, or BlueDumpMod, or ftpii and look at the folder's name (you'll need to convert the title's from HEX to ASCII).
Then, you compare that folder's titleID against your Wad's titleID.
If you don't know the titleID of your WADs, you can use a tool, like ShowMiiWads, to get the ID.

You could also make a NAND dump and use ShowMiiWads (in showmiinand mode) to get the full list of installed titles/TitleID.
But if you are up to make a NAND dump to get that information, you could even extract these Title back to WAD using BlueDumpMod or ShowMiiWads.

that way, you'll be sure to have the exact version than the installed one.
because, you could have multiple WAD with the same TitleID, but different version. For example, USBLoaderGX Forwarder has more than 5 different version, all with TitleID "UNEO".
checking only the TitleID is not enough to know the exact wad file you used. Extracting the title will ensure to get that specific version.

if you extract and pack a title to WAD using BlueDumpMod, you'll have to choose "yes" when asked about patching the ticket and tmd signature, or you won't be able to install the wads on another console.

Just extract the title to WAD for titles you really don't know their origin. It's always better to keep the original wad than re-generating a new one from a dump.

edit:
be extra careful with AnyTitleDeleter, you can delete important system files and brick the console.
