Observation: Psvita version was built differently, i know that xP.

Thats true now that you mentioned it theres a ps3 version that got Undubbed, which probably helped the Vita get the same treatment.

I was the one who did the undub ps3 and also ps4 (private forum).
You don't just have to replace the voices, there are changes to be made in hexa.
Otherwise it doesn't work. For the switch, I would have to extract and see the structure of the files.

Édit : I have the game on hand, will look tomorrow, I'll keep you informed.

Is the japanese version, right? That is the one that contains all the languages... Anyway, I think it could be put in all versions

In NA/EU there is only Japanese from Asian languages.

My mistake. I only tested for English and Japanese sound/text. I didn't test for Chinese or Korean text, but they get Japanese sound anyway and wouldn't benefit from a Japanese dub patch.

They might benefit from the option of having English dub, though; if such a 2-in-1 patch was made. (Japanese/English sound swapped)

I thought the same, I already messed with a game that doesn't handle file name changes I had to alter some values using hexadecimal editor, but it was a psivita game and I could edit the executable there, well, good to see you aboard.

I have a problem with the vbf repack.
It does not reimport everything for the voices for example I miss voice 01 and 03 jp etc...
Do you know how to fix this problem?
If anyone has a tuto to repack the nca, I'm a taker.

ZeroFX did a nice rundown on rebuilding the NCA a page or two back. But if you trouble is with repacking the VBF then the problem is with the FFun/packer. I wonder if OP can put you contact with FFGriever.

Page 2 has a tutorial on how to ncas and nsp. But for trial and error testing is better to have a card with exfat laying around and test with layeredfs, because rebuild ncas take forever... And idk if this can be speed up.

I'm testing right now ro module and is working. Now I modified paths in nro file and is working at the beginning.
if someone want to test it, you need Asia version, Atmosphere 0.8.8 and send me DM. I will send you files.

~~For now only FF X.~~
All games now works.

I may have an idea.. But I'm not quite sure if that would work.

We have 3 version of the game. The PC version is based on one of the 3 version i'm gonna talk below.

- ASIAN : The version that allows you to play everything all in one. Have the English subs, and English voices.
- JPN (the one based on the pc version to me) : The one that let you play the game on english BUT the subs changes dependings on the consoles language. For example, using that version, I was able to play the game using french subs, with english voice. Still.. that version is for Japan.
- EU/NA : The one that we know so far. It have all the languages that the other version have.

I think that we should try using the JPN version.
Maybe the triggers would be less "intense"

It looks like the only issue for now will be with SideStory.mp4 in MetaData as path is longer for asian version than us version (Credits & Bonus Audio). But it's only a 0,5h video, so it can be watched on YT.

First of all thanks for the effort. It works perfectly (except for those bugs that you cite), do you think could do it for the international version (JP)?

Dunno. Still I need more testing for checking if everything is as it should.

Edit: Issue with SideStory resolved. ~~Only FF X-2 main menu glitch needs to be resolved and~~ all glitches that i found are gone.
