Yes, i'm holding 'select' then powering on. I've been back through the guide to see if I've missed something but all looks OK. Should I delete and start again?

yeah 5 min here have u succesful with homebrew launch yet? im putting all on sd right now ready for frogminer. Happy Easter !
I got homebrew installed and was well on the way then for some reason Luma wouldn't launch using power on and select combo. All i get is the normal menu. A bit in limbo now. I've asked here for any advice, just waiting for a response.

To install bootstrap just press A when you get to the end of the flipnote exploit. Thats as far as I got, everything seemed ok, powered off as instructed but when I power on holding select to launch Luma it's just the regular menu.

Here's how my SD contents looks, not sure if I'm missing something but it all seemed to go OK up until that point.

Battery icon in 3ds is not precise.
Rosaline percentage is much better. 63% in rosaline is 100% in battery icon.

Some way to battery icon being precise?

Sorry for my engrish.

------------------------------
Adding question
-----------------------------

Some way to relocate input in 3ds buttons in GBA VC? Like make start and select being Y & X , etc...?

You won't get that until you have configured Luma for the first time. It really sounds like you don't have B9S at all - without the luma folder the configuration menu will come up without you having to press anything. Can you tell us all the pages you've followed so far?

Arrgghhh, you're right. I'm such an idiot. I got to the 'install B9S' page and pressed A to install...forgetting to move the selection down to install, so I exited the setup. My own fault for trying to do it at 1am.

i have been following every step on 3ds.hacks.guide carefully and there youtube www.youtube.com/watch?v=lFn7jMmIGS0 both helped
Thanks for this. I had avoided all videos as people mentioned they go out of date so quickly, but looking through this helped me figure out what I had done (or not done in this case haha) Finally got everything up and running. :toot:
